MARINA ZUNIGA-JOHNSON has been studying ballet, jazz, ballet Folklorico, modern, and taps, since 1993. In 2002 & 2003 Marina was accepted into the Ballet Austin Summer Intensive program. She was a San Antonio Metropolitan Ballet Company member in 2004. In 2005 Marina was accepted in the School of Rock For Dance Education in Philadelphia, PA for their summer jazz intensive program. In 2006 Marina was accepted into the Joffrey Texas Summer ballet intensive. In 2007, Marina attended the 2007 Jazz Dance World Congress to study different forms of jazz. In 2009, Marina was accepted into the Ballet Hispanico Summer Intensive in New York where she studied for a month in ballet, jazz, contemporary and flamenco. In addition to her studies, she is an active Alegría Dance Co member and instructs ballet, tap, jazz, preschool, and ballet folklorico at Sarita's. |

Sandy Ramirez joined Sarita’s dance family as Administrative Assistant to Sarita in 2003. She is one of the best Administrative Assistants around and definitely knows how to run a tip top ship. Her customer service is second to none and takes pride in making sure customers feel like family. |

ADRIANA ARAUJO is a native of San Antonio and has been training in ballet, flamenco, ballet Folklorico, & jazz for 26 years. She was a member of Fandango Dance Company, Latin Explosion, and Danza Hispana de San Antonio under the direction of Carmen "La Chiqui" Linares and Humentzin Lopez. She had a small dancing role in the auto-biographical movie "Selena". For the past eight years, she has been training, teaching, and competing professionally in ballroom dancing. Adriana was a Runner up at Dance Houston and won her first title at the 2008 Sapphire Ball. She teaches Flamenco 1 & Flamenco 2. |
